These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by A2Labs ("we," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2.1. While there are no specific requirements for creating an account beyond those arising from applicable laws and regulations, you have several important responsibilities regarding your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Furthermore, you must ensure that all account activities comply with these Terms.
2.2. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3.1. Our services may require payment via credit card. All payment processing is handled through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
3.2. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. Additionally, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider.
4.1. You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload to our services.
4.2. By uploading content, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content. You confirm that the content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Furthermore, you ensure that the content does not infringe upon third-party rights.
5.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account under several circumstances. These circumstances include violation of these Terms, extended periods of account inactivity, upon your request, or as required by law.
5.2. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease.
5.2.1. If there is any outstanding balance on your account you will be refunded within 90 days.
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities. These activities include engaging in illegal activities, sending spam or unsolicited communications, attempting to hack or compromise our systems, harassing other users, or any other malicious use of the platform.
7.1. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we may need to perform various types of maintenance. This maintenance may include scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance or updates, and system improvements.
7.2. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
8.1. We are not liable for actions taken by users of our service, service interruptions or outages, third-party content, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8.2. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the previous 12 months.
9.1. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9.2. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
10.1. Our service integrates with third-party services. These services include Stripe for payment processing and cloudterms.dev for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy updates.
10.2. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We currently do not have a formal process for modifying these Terms. When we implement changes, we will notify users through cloudterms.dev.
